"Everyday" is a punk rock growler dedicated to old insignificant memories that flash through your mind throughout the day. Ewald told NPR earlier:
'When I manage to remember things from my past (recent or distant), they usually seem insignificant on the surface. Nevertheless, those are the things I remember, and most of the important stuff is forgotten. 'Everyday' is a short exhibit of those insignificant memories and an attempt at understanding their importance in my life."
"Apple Cider, I Don't Mind" is penned by Brendan Lukens. The emo lyrics are accompanied by Luken's old-school-punk-inspired vocals. He has said:
"I lost my best friend and partner, and didn't know who to blame. 'Apple' is a toast to looking at past mistakes as a chance to move forward"
Modern Baseball's Holy Ghost is set for release on May 13. The album is available for preorder on their website. In April, the band will be playing a four show stint in Australia, before moving onto Europe and the UK with Pup and Three Man Canon.
