Instead of the high drama that was in his previous videos for numbers off General Admission "Alpha Omega" and "Gone", this one is more subtle. The scene is set with black and white images of MGK playing guitar and smoking around the city. A brick wall with "Schizophrenia" painted on it is shown with the artist's multiple personalities hanging out around it. After an implied guitar smash, MGK takes his place behind a microphone. It takes a moment for the song to start, but when it does we see Kelly rapping while having a bloody nose. Notice that Kelly doesn't start with the first verse, he starts with the second, "What if money wasn't part of success?/Would the people I used to be friends with never left?/What if making a name didn't come with regrets?/I think that fame's a precursor to death." The video clocks in at 3:44, while the song is 5:04.
